No. These are vacation-rental condos, and daily hotel-style housekeeping is not included. Eligible longer stays may have a separately available mid-stay cleaning option in the guest store.

No. Coastal Carolina Lifestyles guests go directly to their condo. The check-in guide explains resort entry, parking, luggage carts, tower, floor, room number, door code, and parking tag steps.
The paper parking tag is inside the condo, and extra parking passes are located above the microwave or refrigerator.

Yes. Eligible one-bedroom stays can add romantic arrival packages such as candlelight, rose petals, champagne-style touches, towel art, and celebration setups for anniversaries, birthdays, honeymoons, proposals, and surprise trips.
Guests can request and pay for eligible early check-in or late check-out through the guest store when cleaner availability allows it. The system checks the reservation and cleaning schedule before allowing checkout.
Yes. Guests can rent beach towels through the guest store after matching their stay by condo and arrival date. Orders close at 5:00 PM Eastern the day before arrival because the final towel count is sent to our cleaner then. Towels are not available for purchase on arrival day or during the stay.
Yes. Longer stays may qualify for mid-stay cleaning on Monday through Thursday. The service includes fresh towels and linens plus vacuuming, and it only appears in the guest store when the matched reservation qualifies.
The guest store asks for the condo and arrival date, then checks for the matching reservation. Guests confirm the matched stay before purchasing eligible add-ons or requesting qualified services. Beach towel orders close at 5:00 PM Eastern the day before arrival.
