Fireplace

Here are the details on the touch controls on the from of the fireplace.

Washer and Dryer

The washer and dryer is an all in one unit that takes a longer time than a normal unit to wash and dry.  Be sure to not overload so cloths can dry.   The door will not unlock until interior of dryer has cooled down.  If for some reason you need to get the cloths out early follow this link to watch a short video.

LOADING

  • Load each garment loosely; do not place folded items into the washer.

  • Do not overload the washer.

  • Close the door properly after loading clothes. Take care to ensure that garments are not caught in the gasket.

    IMPORTANT: If you intend to use the Drying option , load the washer only
    half full with clothes. Do not completely fill the washer with a full load. Clothes musthave roomtotumblefreelyinthedrum.

WiFi

Wifi is public and the username and password is seawatch2025 

If you need a private network for work use Seawatch Owners. The password is TowersSeaWatch!

No Partying

No partying like the rockstar we know you are.  Keep it cool and calm.

Remember, karaoke at 2 AM is never a good idea

(unless you're secretly Beyoncé, then we might reconsider).

No Smoking or Vaping

We get it, old habits die hard. But here’s the deal – our condo is a smoke-free and vape-free sanctuary and the resort can hit you for $350 if caught (ouch!) Our cleaning company charges  $500 to completely clean walls furniture and air ducts to keep our place fresh.

(not even on the balcony its a fire hazard due to winds coming up the building)

The only thing we want smoking is the hot tub.

If you must, kindly take it to the designated smoking area on the ground level.

Better yet, quit and join the fresh air revolution. 

NO PETS

As much as we adore furry friends, our condo is a pet-free and ESA free zone due to resort rules. 

Trust us, the goldfish doesn't count. Let's keep it critter-free for everyone's comfort.

Check in is at 4 PM.

Early arrivals that have not been prearranged will be swiftly redirected to explore the local coffee shops or beaches.

Patience is a virtue, and good things come to those who wait.

Check out is at 10AM

We know, we know – it’s hard to say goodbye unless you're arranged for a late checkout.  

Ashley our cleaner needs time to make the place spotless for the next lucky guests.
