Coastal Carolina Lifestyles uses guest information to support reservations, guest communication, check-in help, add-on purchases, and stay-related requests. We collect only the information needed to operate the guest experience and process requests.
The guest store may ask for your condo, arrival date, last name, name, email, phone number, and selected add-ons. This information is used to match your stay in OwnerRez, process payments through Stripe, and notify our team through operational alerts.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Coastal Carolina Lifestyles does not store full credit card numbers on this website. Stripe handles payment details according to Stripe's security and privacy practices.
When a guest places an order or request, limited stay details may be sent to our team notification tools so we can prepare the stay, coordinate with cleaning, and respond to the guest.
