Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund, cancellation, and approval policy for Coastal Carolina Lifestyles guest add-ons, beach towel rentals, romantic packages, early check-in, and late check-out requests.

Guest add-ons are tied to a specific Coastal Carolina Lifestyles reservation and arrival date. Beach towel rentals and purchased romantic arrival packages are prepared for the confirmed stay shown during checkout. Early check-in and late check-out are requests only and are not final until our team confirms availability.

Paid Add-Ons

Paid add-ons are prepared for the matched OwnerRez reservation shown during checkout. If you need to change or cancel a paid add-on, contact us as soon as possible at vacations@coastalcarolinalifestyles.com. Refunds depend on whether the item has already been prepared, purchased, or staged for the stay.

Romantic Packages

Romantic packages require preparation before arrival. Once a package has been prepared, decorated, purchased, or staged in the condo, it may not be refundable. If travel plans change, contact us quickly so we can review what is still possible.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed. These requests depend on cleaning schedules, same-day arrivals, same-day departures, maintenance needs, and resort operations. We will notify you after reviewing the request.

Reservation Changes

If your booking dates or condo change in OwnerRez, Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or another platform, guest store items may need to be reviewed and re-confirmed. Add-ons do not transfer automatically unless our team confirms the change.
